This Privacy Policy applies to the Rich Place Media, LLC, website (“RICH PLACE MEDIA” and “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the information RICH PLACE MEDIA collects on the Site, how it is used, and your options with respect to its use. By accessing or using this Site you indicate your agreement to this Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to be bound by this Privacy Policy do not access or use this Site. Please also review RICH PLACE MEDIA’s terms of use of which this Privacy Policy is a part.
In General. The information you provide is used to process transactions, improve RICH PLACE MEDIA products and services, and to communicate with you as needed. We do share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business and servicing customers and visitors, such as our payment processing system, our inventory shop management system, etc. These trusted third parties agree to keep this information confidential. RICH PLACE MEDIA does not share you personal information with unrelated third parties.
Personally Identifying Information. In order for you to make purchases from the Site, we collect your name, company name (if applicable), address, email address, phone number(s) and credit card details. This data is shared with our third-party transaction processor(s). In order to sign up for our mailing list you are required to submit your name and email address. This mailing list data is shared with our email service processor(s). You also may submit comments to the RICH PLACE MEDIA blog, which submission may contain personally identifiable information. RICH PLACE MEDIA may also collect potentially personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on its blog.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. AyeWalla.com also uses Conversions API, which shares data directly from Shopify’s servers to Facebook. This means the data can’t be blocked by ad blockers.
Non-Personally Identifying Information. Like most website operators, RICH PLACE MEDIA collects non-personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. RICH PLACE MEDIA’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use the Site. We will also track products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed. We will collect your location, and IP address and we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping.
Contact forms. If you fill out a contact form, we retain this data so we may contact you in reply.
Disclosure of Information. We will not share your personally identifying or potentially personally identifying information, except:
To RICH PLACE MEDIA’s employees, contractors, or service providers that need to know the information in order to process it on RICH PLACE MEDIA’s behalf.
- Where it is required in order to comply with lawful government process (e.g. a court or administrative agency subpoena); or
- When we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of RICH PLACE MEDIA, third parties or the public at large.
Security. We take reasonable and sound precautions to safeguard your personally and potentially personally identifiable information. But no Internet data exchange can be guaranteed to be fully secure. You acknowledge that information you share with us could potentially be accessed by a third party. You agree that RICH PLACE MEDIA is not responsible for any intercepted information shared through the Site without our knowledge or permission and you release RICH PLACE MEDIA from claims arising out of or related to the use of such information.
Website Links. This Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the information practices or privacy policies of any other website. If you decide to access any other website that may be linked to or from RICH PLACE MEDIA’s Site you should consult that website’s privacy policy.
Cookies. A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. RICH PLACE MEDIA uses cookies to help identify and track visitors, their usage of the Site, and their access preferences. We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site. Site visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies. Certain features of RICH PLACE MEDIA’s Site may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
Children. RICH PLACE MEDIA does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users of this Site who are under 13 years of age. No personally identifiable information should be submitted this Site by visitors under 13 years of age without the prior written consent of their parent or guardian. If you are an adult and have reason to believe that a minor under your supervision has, without your permission, provided his or her personal information to us, you may email us at hello[at]AyeWalla[dot]com.
Embedded content from other websites. Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics. We track users using Google Analytics, as well as with Facebook Tracking Pixels.
Who we share your data with? Google and Facebook.
How long we retain your data. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data. If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. AyeWalla.com also uses Conversions API, which shares data directly from Shopify’s servers to Facebook. This means the data can’t be blocked by ad blockers.
Your contact information. If you place an order with us, we will retain your contact information.
What data breach procedures we have in place. We have a process to notify users of a breach within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, even if we do not have all the details yet.
